Weighed in yesterday and I have lost 7lbs in weight, so that is half a stone in 2 weeks so just another 2 and half stone to go before May.
Breakfast today was small bowl of cereal which consisted of 3 potions with 1/3 of a pint of milk of my daily my daily allowance, had this with a black coffee.
Lunch I has a turkey salad wholemeal baguette with a packet of Quavers and a glass of water.
tea tonight will be chicken noodles and a nice pint of water.
Supper with be cup of tea and a couple of biscuits.
So very proud of myself today, not been one for doing much running or jogs, so been doing this couch to 5K app on my phone, but today I didn't use it and done things my own way, I walked 1/4 of the perimeter of the cricket ground and jogged a 1/4, walked a 1/4 and jogged a 1/4, I done this for 5 circuits and on the 6th circuit I managed the jog over half the way around and felt as if I had achieved something.
Although my back is now killing me, but there no pain with out gain.
