Well had a bit of a lay in this morning, so didn't get up till about 11am.
Breakfast this morning was cereal with a black coffee.
Snack at about 1.30pm lunch box size of mixed currents and a breakaway bar with a cup of coffee.
Tea I had a small piece of stake done on the George Foreman with Mushrooms, half a tomato and Green Beans with a glass of water.
I done my 30 minutes Couch to 5k on my v-fit stepper.
Supper 3 rich tea biscuits and a cup of tea...
