Week 2 daily update day 5

Breakfast small bowl of Cereal with a glass of water.
 
Snack of a nice cup of coffee and a breakaway bar.
 
Tea steamed chicken, mushrooms and baked beans.
 
Supper 3 rich tea biscuits and a cup of tea.
 
Do a 30 minute work out on my v-fit stepper today.
 
I am noticing that my energy levels are a lot better and I have plenty of it, no longer going to have a sleep at about 4.30pm in the afternoons now, feel much better and feel more healthy.
