week 2 daily update day 6

Breakfast small bowl cereal and a black coffee

Snack breakaway bar and Coffee

Lunch low fat cheese of toast 2 slices, lunch box size of mixed currents and glass of water.

tea small piece of salmon steamed and green beans and pint of water

30 minutes exercise on v-fit stepper.

visited the nurse today blood pressure getting back to normal, been referred to the gym, also feel much better and more energetic since I have not been drinking alcohol.
