Well very pleased with myself today, went for a walk over to Barry Island to the cricket ground and done couch 2 5K, it was hard but I persevered with it.
I done a 5 minute brisk walk warm up.
60 second Jog.
90 minutes walk.
I ended up doing 15 minutes of it instead of the 20 minutes as my knee gave way and I had to finish the circuit but gone a 4 lap over the ground warm down.
I am a bit stiff now but feel great.
