update

Hi All

Well it's been awhile since my last blog update, but things are going well with my challenge.

My aim was to lose 3 stone by May and my last weigh in on 16th December 2014 I had lost in total 29 1/4 Lbs. I now weigh 19 st 5 1/2 lbs., my aim was to lose a stone by Christmas and I have lost over 2 stone, so that is part one done.

If someone had told me at the beginning of October 2014 that I would lose over 2 stone stay off the booze and be going to the gym, I would have told you to do one, this challenge has also given me a whole new out look on life and where I can go.

I would never have thought of applying to college to do a diploma in health, fitness and wellbeing and train to be a gym instructor, some people lambasted me and to the piss out of me when I said I was going to do this, because I am too fat to do this and laughed at me.

My answer to these people putting me down was I can show people it is possible and if I can do it then they can do it.

My outlook on life is this:-

"YOU CAN'T CHANGE YOUR PAST, BUT YOU CAN DO SOMETHING ABOUT YOUR FUTURE AS IT HAS NOT HAPPENED YET"
